The CTE Programme- Certified TAMS Expert

The Certified TAMS Expert (CTE) programme is an empowerment platform designed for young Nigerian professionals and entrepreneurs to acquire the latest skills in human resource management and biometric technology. Also, it helps participants develop project management, client relations and entrepreneurial skills as well as providing them with an additional source of income.

CTE is a monthly train-the-trainer capacity building programme for technology enthusiasts who have the potential to leverage globally accessible biometric and software solutions for Nigerian businesses.

All shortlisted CTE candidates are to fill the entry form and guiding principle, after which they will enjoy the following benefits:



1. A free 3-day intensive training on:

ü Installation of biometric devices.

ü TAMS Application (HRM, Payroll and Time Attendance).

ü Sales and Marketing.

2. Access to TAMS Track Portal (TTP) to monitor their customers’ use of the solution.

3. Provision of Marketing and promotional items such as brochure, flyers and sales enhancing materials.

4. Provision of ID cards with lanyards and TAMS Souvenirs (Bag, T-Shirt, etc.)



Loyalty Plan for CTE

CTE Professionals will get:

· 5% commission on cost of each device sold.

· 20% commission of cost of annual subscription on web services (TAMS HRM, TAMS HRM+ATTENDANCE PREMIUM).

· 20% commission on remittance transactions carried out by CTE’s clients.

· 100% of additional costs on project installation & training, transport and logistics.

· Deals closed will be managed end-to-end by CTE professional. A CTE manager will be assigned to all CTE Professionals. This is to facilitate quick resolution of issues from the back end.

· CTE Professionals will be invited to Exhibitions that SB TELECOMS participates in.

· The Best 3 performing CTE Professionals will be rewarded accordingly at the end of the year.



Requirements

Prospective CTE professionals must fulfill the following conditions:

· Have a minimum qualification of OND.

· Must be computer literate.

· Must have good communication skills.

· Must have interest in acquiring knowledge of biometric and HRM software.
