I would like to buy a product from amazon, and I'd like to know some things
-Can I buy on amazon using my GTBank MasterCard?
-What exchange rate do they use; is it the official one or the black market ?

Yes, you can use it to buy. Gtb's rate is about #330/$
I do have $400 leftover Amazon Gift cards for sale, you can use it to make payment & it will be cheaper for you.
