Whether to church or mosque, or any other private affairs, is it right to employ official property for personal use?

We may twist and turn just to rationalize this attitude simply because it is commonplace and everyone is doing it. I see it as an abuse of office, rights and privileges, especially in a case where the organization is usually responsible for the maintenance of such vehicle.

It can be used fairly while incurred expenses (e.g. Fuelling) should be born by the personnel involved.
