Central Bank of Nigeria has mandated all banks employees to declare assets annually according to According to the circular, the directive was in compliance with “the Bank Employees Declaration of Assets Act Cap B1 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004”.

An insider in one of the old generation banks disclose this information to us as genuine and very real which says that:
It is an offence punishable by ten years imprisonment under the Act to;

knowingly fail to make full disclosure of your assets and liabilities;

knowingly make a declaration that is false, etc

It's obvious PMB is trying to drive an integrity laden administration, hence both public and private sectors must adhere to set standard and rules guiding them.
