How did u unistall Google play services ? Its embedded into the system. What phone are u using? Well use this link. http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/
thanks...there are apps that can uninstall what ever type of app even up to phone settings

thanks...there are apps that can uninstall what ever type of app even up to phone settings.

Type " google " in UC browser.

Enter " Download google play apk "

Select the result which says Google Play APK.

When you finish downloading, Install and delete APK file to free space.
