Yes there will be exceptions... if he becomes director at 40...With this new policy, it means he will stay put for 20years more...that's his luck!

But the current policy of tenure and renewal is worse...someone became a Director a month to retirement... and have to spend 4years more ..even renew the tenure making 8years! haba...with this development.. such is not possible... clock 35years in service or 60years of age and go...so simple!
