Students of the University of Calabar specifically of the faculty of Agriculture and Forestry have lamented at the high rate at which lecturers with only masters degree as their highest qualification who are looking for promotion lobby for PG (masters) students to supervise and teach, in addition to the slow pace at which the programme is run are common issues associated with the programme, this has become a norm at the said faculty, in some cases when students try to raise alarm, fears are injected into them with threats of loosing their studentship, we therefore use this medium to alert the Vice Chancellor (Prof. Zana Akpagu) of the University to come to our aid.
