Since you are a middle age man with maybe limited responsiblities I guess, you should go for the gas business and make sure you get a site where there is a good traffic and where they are people who can afford to load gas,
But had it been you are a young man I would have suggested laundry because it's an every day stuff that people uses.

Cooking gas is good because you make 100% turn-over but you have to study the business very well for a while for safety.
