JOB TITLE: OFFICE MANAGER [PREFERABLY FEMALE]

JOB LOCATION: LEKKI PHASE 1, LAGOS.

JOB FUNCTION/ROLE:

• Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
• Ensuring a day – day smooth running of the office business.
• Keeping staff safe;
• Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
• Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences;
• Managing general upkeep and maintenance;
• Managing security managing office systems, which may include IT and office equipment.
• She will be required to develop and implement standard administrative operations.

REQUIREMENT
1. The candidates must possess B.Sc. Degree in any degree from a reputable
institution.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Eloquence, great dress sense and self-confidence are important parameters.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. 2 years’ experience is required.
6. Computer skills
7. Excellent customer service skills
REMUNERATION IS #70,000.00 - #80,000.00
