Ok..I need to ask: how old are you? Are you married?
If not ..I suggest you should be thinking in that direction. Most of the after-effects of quitting mastubation are more of psychological hence the anxiety you feel but the neurological disturbances are sure new ones..I'd suggest you see another Consultant Neurologist...

Try to always relax, exercise, avoid extremely hard work, and lastly have sex....yes sex but this time with your wife (why I made the above suggestion). Your body functions are already conditioned to the excessive sexually stimulating activity via mastubation over the years hence they react when you suddenly withdrew without replacing with another (legal) activity.

Most importantly don't stay too far away from God. From personal experience I can testify that He is a Master Specialist in removing any kind of anxiety when you wholeheartedly seek His face.

Cheers!

From my little experience with psychology, I know maturbation is a type of addiction. And with every addiction, when there is a abrupt stop, or gradual reduction there tends to be withdrawal symptoms just like when a person stops drugs, overeating, etc. It's just how the brain works. These withdrawal symptoms sometimes manifests physically, just as u are experiencing.

You can speak to a psychotherapist. I know of a professional if u are interested.
