Any good charger will work. I'm not even using the charger that came with mine, it's a palstry 5v1.5amp which is not fast enough. Get a 5v 2amp charger.

For flash charge, original charger is required. You can try to buy the charger from local retailer and online shops which sales the phone. Thank you!

But Infinix hot s doesn't have 'flash charge' capability. I'm using an aftermarket 5v2.4A charger which is far better than the 5v 1.5A infinix included in the box.

Depends on the seller. Jumia and konga are online market where different sellers display and sell their products. Some sellers are selling for 57k while some are selling for 51k on jumia, U need to search for the cheapest deal.

Actually battery has been pretty impressive. Camera is disappointing, performance is average (a little lag here and there especially when pulling down notification and scrolling down in chrome browser) and display is exactly what to expect from a 720p Chinese phone.

Bros why do u mention benchmark now, u just want to disgrace this Infinix hot s. I actually don't believe in benchmark, I prefer real world usage, but since u hsve mentioned AnTuTu now I decided to try it out. Oh boy did the hot s perform poorly? U need to see how choppy it was when it was doing the 3d test. Not that I actually except better from mediatek 6753. Just 37,000 score on AnTuTu when better phones out there are doing ,130,000 and above.

This is supposed to be my upgrade device, I love the feel, looks and everything about it then the Hybrid tale turned all that sweetness into something else.
I almost got convinced to take the camon 9. Then I discovered it had some fake eye scan thingy, also not VR ready, no finger print I'd et al....
Seems I'll end up with the hot s finally and get an OTG flash.

Nope I didn't advice him to go for c9. It is just the way u put it that c9 is not vr ready as if hot s is vr ready. The display and camera of c9 is better than hot s. (C9 is FHD) But personally I still prefer the hot s simply because of the design. I hate the c9 design.

Whether the hot s has gyro or not I don't know but even if it has it doesn't make it vr ready. 720p is too poor for vr. Even with qhd on galaxy s6 I still see visible pixels in vr mode. And I don't think this mt6753 on the hot s can survive 5 mins in vr.

I have a cardboard so I will try t out in vr see how it performs.

I just tried it on my google cardboard and there's only one sentence to describe the experience. IT SUCKS. There's no gyro so it is not vr ready. Even if it has gyro it is still not vr ready, the resolution is just too poor and hurting to the eyes. Even if it has better resolution the processor will still let it down.

So if You were to make a decision bw the hot s and c9, what would be your choice? I've used two Infinix phones btw and they've never failed me, it's just the hybrid sim on the Hot S that's making me think twice.

I don't fancy either phones. They have virtually the same internals. I'll choose the hot s simply because it has a better design and a very good fingerprint sensor. Oh and XOS is sleek. Though I'm using zenui launcher because I don't like how the default launcher saves all my apps on the home screen.
