Seems the Minister of Education order is likely to prevail among all institutions who have already collected money from their candidates for the 2016/2017 Post-UTME Exam, Despite the warning of the Federal Government on the ban of POST-UTME.

UNIBEN is not left out as the institution also asked students to pay some certain amount of money for the admission screening exercise as advertised in their screening adverts.

While logging in to the UNIBEN Students portal, a notification of the refund of students fees has been posted, see the image above with the below inscription.
