A German man with a penchant for strolling nak.ed in his garden has won the right to bare all after a neighbour complained about his steamy backyard sauna sessions.[image]​A court in Dortmund has given Robert B, 42, approval to continue to indulge in another form of ‘gardening’ in his backyard – trimming his private parts in full view of his neighbours.The issue arose when Robert B. built a sauna in his garden and decided not to take his clothes with him on the short stroll to the steam room, assuming his neighbours would not complain.German man Hans L. claimed it was inappropriate for his neighbour to walk naked in hisgarden to his new sauna.He said: ‘Alcohol is always in play when he’s using the sauna’But his neighbour Hans L. was left offended by the brazen nudity and took him to court, according to a report by German media outlet Bild.Hans L was able to overcome Robert B’s initial denials of his nak.edness by giving a detailed description of how his neighbour trimmed his pubic hair.A court cautioned Robert B., warning him not tostroll naked in his garden again but the case went toappeal before being overturned this week.In the early stages of the trial, the judge cast doubt on the complaint, saying he could not see Hans L. winning the case and taking Robert B.’s freedomsin his own garden.Robert B’s had been using the sauna twice a week,a frequency the judge said was socially acceptable. ‘It begs the question of how far I can interfere,’ thejudge said.’We see no infringement of criminal law here.Still, Hans L.fought on with the case.’Alcohol is always in play when he’s using the sauna,’ he told the court.’He gets really drunk. He neglected to build a toilet.
