AGBOR– It was mild drama in Agbor delta state when an embittered lover Fred Okonta, cried foul and exposed the activities of erstwhile lover in her clandestine romance with a female friend.
Our reporters gathered that the incident occurred at boji boji Uwa Street in one of the suburbs of the state capital. It was learnt that Mr Fred an artisan was dating Owumah Blessing until she broke off the relationship earlier in the year. Mr fred who spoke to our correspondence complained of the sudden break up and admitted to being unsettled as he still had feelings for her. He therefore decided to monitor her to see the person who stole her from him. Unknown to him, He was not contending with a fellow male.
Mr fred told newsmen that he trailed and closely observed her visitors for some months, but could not find any suspecting male, except a female friend of her who he didn’t know while dating, he explained that the female friend called Ehigie Precious was always coming to spend the night and most weekends with his ex-lover. He however began to suspect them after he discovered that they spent most of the weekends inside with the doors and window locked.
Luck however seemed to run out for the doomed lovers when in hey forgot to properly lock the door in the heat of passion. Fred ascertained that he heard some funny sounds and moans from his ex-lover’s room. He approached the room and was surprised to find it agar, on entering the room, he saw his ex-lover making love to her friend. He allegedly held one of them down while shouting for other tenants in the building to come out. After calm had settles, it was discovered that precious, the lesbian partner of his Ex- lover was nowhere to be found. But for the intervention of local vigilante youths who recused Blessing from the mob and conveyed her to safety.
It was gathered that Presious was a long time lesbian who introduced Blessing into the act and lured her with gifts and money just like another male would do.
It has become prevalent in the African setting today to hear issues of same sex copulation. What was treated as taboo a few years before has now become the norm in some sections of the society. Although efforts were expended in the search for Precious, no one is yet to discover her whereabouts.
When contacted, the police alleged to have the case before them, but denied knowledge of the whereabouts of Precious and seek useful information concerning her whereabouts.
