SERIES TEACHING; THE POWER OF THE MIND
Haven established that the mind is the battlefield where man either wins or loss in the battle of life, we must understand that one of the proofs of salvation is MENTAL EXCELLENCE.
There is one certainty in life; God has finished creating all what He will create. After God created man, He (God) left him (man) with the responsibility of subsequent creations Genesis 126-28. There is a clearly arranged defined goal between man and God. “God created, man discovers” that is why there is practically no area of human endeavor that has not been affected positively as a result of man’s creative ability Proverbs 252 . Little wonder why a great man said “every event was invented”.
Listen friends, we must know that we are co-inventors with God and our minds is the major asset to creativity Matthew 515, Luke 158, Proverb 2027. Very germane, there is only one way to these discoveries……… John 146 .
Going back to creation, genesis 126-27, we were designed to operate in the supernatural “divine nature” but after genesis 31-7, man was disconnected, then man started to come in the image of man instead of the divine image Genesis 126, 53. The devil’s greatest onslaught against the believer is usually in the mental realm. He blinds their minds 2nd Corinthians 314, 44, 35.But on our return, Malachi 37, Isaiah 4422, Jeremiah 247, God revisits and re-establishes and then validates the covenant of our divine being, we are then renewed to think in the DIVINE. This was proved in 1st Corinthians 216. Christ means “ANOINTED” Acts 1038 and everything was created by Him John 11-14, when we receive Him, we are anointed for creativity John 112.
Finally, what a joy Matthew 1111-12, you have a greater potential IN CHRIST to excel academically than Daniel, to write meaningfully than Solomon, to triumph in business and ministry than Job and Paul the Apostle. No wonder a great man of God said “NO MATTER HOW MUCH SECULAR EDUCATION AN UNSAVED MAN ACQUIRES, HE CANNOT MATCH UP WITH THE LEVEL OF RESULTS THE SAINTS WILL PRODUCE THIS END TIME, OPERATING IN THE HIGHER WAYS OF GOD”.
