Can anyone please tell me how to check and remove ALL my Norton Antivirus for my laptop.

Try this CC Cleaner (it`s free) see link (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) once installed go to Tools>Uninstall>Find the programme,if still an issue let me know.

Followed your instructions,seemed to work then the "blue screen of death" appeared again so parts of Norton must still be on it. Any suggestions?

I will advise you to download the AVAST free anti-virus before unistalling the norton. Don't let it get to you. It's only a PC and u r in control

Changed to a virgin broadband package, the nasty antivirus that comes with it conflicted with my Norton, so  removing both so that I can start fresh.

Thanks for that, will do that first. I feel really hacked off with this thing, had no probs whilst using that really old dial-up plan, used it for years no probs just soooo slow, I sell on ebay in my spare time so this is a real headache.

No no plans 4 weekend Just taking my pics for the items I have to sell, then do some family things. How about u ? r u still at work.

Broadband is much better and i'm confident you'd hack it soon. weekend starts with morning footie for me and the rest is pretty much whatever comes ma way.
Still at work cracking ma head with some programming stuffs. Off to d gym in abt 15mins though

Followed your instructions but no Norton showing but Black_Revo directed me to a site that looks like it maybe how I will solve some of the problems.I will work  at it 2nite if no joy I will bring it back to pc world in the morning. So frustrated my back teeth may fall out typical jamo woman,crazy, us Jamaicans call it "mad as shad".
Going to look at the romance section to see what's the new mad funny story before I start,that will cheer me up

Oh you are very welcome sister and i hope you are making progress with it. the tool i sent to you can remove almost all Norton products. Norton is a pain sometimes so i normally use this tool to get rid of it very easily. This where i belong and hope God delivers me from the politics section so i can be of help here always. .

It does appear to be working, I think it may have solved some of the problems,at least I can still work with it and I have NOT seen the blue screen of death again.
I am just installing some xp updates so that should also help,I think.

What is not going? what type and version of the Norton anti virus/products you are using?

My internet does not connect properly, cannot connect to my email accounts. isp provider says's that the drivers or  driver  needs to  be reconnected with a disc. I cannot understand how this could be so because I can get online hence my reply to u.

The send and receive on the modem box not flashing like it normally does.

Okay re-install or update all your drivers on the laptop and reset your network connection/adapter settings.

Sometimes removing an antivirus prevents some programs from having internet access because they have been configured with the anti virus. Try to restart your computer and check for new windows update and see if they don't connect after this.
