This is to inform all those that filled Federal Polytechnic Auchi in their JAMB that banks in Auchi have Started Selling the ND Screening Form Today(12/07/2016).The form is 2500 and an extra 500 for bank commission. All applicants are to travel down to Fedelity bank in Auchi to purchase the form and do their online registration to complete the process.

Requirements/Notice
(1)Do not send anybody money to purchase the form for u. Travel to Fidelity Bank(Auchi) to buy the form yourself.
(3)Your SSCE , Jamb result and two passports are required to do your online registration after u hv purchased the form from the bank
