GCFA goes National, welcome Nigeria Fashion and Style Awards
This is to inform all fashion houses, modeling agencies, fashion designers, the media and the general public that at the Management retreat of Snazzy Labels and after due consultations with focus groups with approval of the Board of Garden City Fashion Awards we wish to inform the public that henceforth, Garden City Fashion Awards has rebranded and shall be known as Nigerian Fashion and Style Awards.

After years of years of consistently celebrating the fashion industry in the beautiful city of Port-Harcourt, Snazzy Labels, the Board and jury saw the need to broaden the award event to the entire Nigerian fashion industry in order to recognize and give credence to outstanding individuals and brands in the fashion world from other parts of the country and to also make it more competitive.

‘’It has been 3 years of celebrating and showcasing best of designers and their creative work within Port-Harcourt, creating room for both accomplished and unsung fashion designers and helping them project their businesses through our media partners and with over 160 nominees across the sector we have done well, that legacy remains but now it is time we moved on to a larger front’’ said Stanley Igbokwe the CEO of Snazzy Labels.

As we expand the Board of jury and Advisers to fit the circle of a true national event, we appreciate the contribution of those who made this idea come to fruition and we promise that this year’s event and other subsequent ones will be bigger and better.
