So I put a write up together on an antioxidant and got feedback; the grammar plenty! I decided to make it simple.

Basically it highlights the antioxidant called GLUTATHIONE popularly known as GSH. It is present in our body cells.

FUNCTION
Its function includes;
• Removing toxins from the liver
• Improving the immune system
• Replenishing other antioxidant

AGING
GSH produced by the body reduces steadily as we age. This causes a general weakening of the body; and various diseases starts; heart attacks, chronic bronchitis, cancers of all types, wrinkles, dermatitis. Not forgetting infectious diseases like HIV, hepatitis and so on.
In all, without GSH every cell in our bodies would die prematurely from its own waste products; entire immune system cease to function; the liver would cease to function. Without GSH, oxygen based life will be no more.

GSH FROM FOOD
Protein is a good source of its basic production. High-protein food source include pork, beans, fish, meat, milk, sausage meat, chicken, turkey, duck, luncheon meat, eggs, milk and yogurt. Vegetable sources include red peppers, garlic, onions, broccoli, oats and so on.
Proteins are delicate and can be destroyed by heat and blending.

SO WHAT CAN I DO?
Supplement? There are several products on the market that are termed GSH supplements but care must be taken in selecting the proper product. We do not want to take a supplement that gives GSH directly. Rather look for one that provides nutrients that can absorbed and used to produce GSH.
