Kindly read carefully prior to enquiry. This is an already operational business. It is a 5 room guest house with an exclusive sit-out lounge situated in the lekki axis (just after phase 1). Owner will not be in the country for a lengthy period hence the reason for transference of lease. This is a leased property. Sale price indicated above covers the entirety of the properties (items) in the facility and NOT the building apparently. All properties with no exception was brought in from the United States. Exactly, op pls can you clarify if the 8 million naira is for ouutright sale or for completion of the Lease period by the leasee who intends travelling.

Kindly read initial post. It is an outright sale. The sale covers the entire items in the facility and NOT the building apparently. This is a leased property with license for commercial operations. Please note the buyer will be required to continue on lease if he so chooses after proper and legal transference of lease onto him/ her.

Lease annual payments will be made by new owner upon assuming ownership. He will be prorated. The pegged price above is absolutely not inclusive of lease/rental payments.

Has your current lease expired or when will it expire?
What is the annual rental/lease charge for the property, and where exactly in Lekki is it?
Can you list out all the items that belong to you in the building that are for sale in case the buyer wants to move them to another building?
