if this is true....then its a great relief

It's true and indeed a great relief.

It is one thing to give out numbers but its another thing for those numbers to be functional and efficient in service. It is a very good one if those numbers are very prompt to respond. I pray the latter is the case eventually.

It's a really great move by the government. Just hope the response to the calls will be prompt.
