This building was handed over to Q conceptz by a nairalander, it's already roofed and part of the wiring has been done, will try to find the picture of before we takeover the project...

Our goal here is to transform this house, and we have limited time on this project according to the client.

We've finished with the aluminum windows and window hoods, and Plastering commence last week, so we could start the pop installation, and yes we started the pop work today...... Moving materials to this site is something else, but glory to God we are pushing on, rushing and yet doing something classy.

The aluminum window is fix last week too.

We've put have the doors and fix the iron doors for main entrance and kitchen exit, also the master bedroom has a quick exit.

We've started the Plastering and we are 40% to complete, about two bedrooms inside left to be plastered, we've started Plastering the exterior too

We started the pop work today, this the design we have in mind for the living room.... But we are doing the casting for the weekend.... Material is been delayed by the cab man, but we have some on site we are working on to keep us moving.

I maybe MIA for a while, but will keep you all posted as the work progresses.

Weve done about 30% of the building pop

We are laying the waste and water inlet pipes

Tiles as been delivered and installation has started.

We've make purchase for all the toilet seats, shower cubicle, water heater... E. T. C

The living room pop design, fixing the light soon to test it, the prototype we use its uploaded here also, u can check it out. We also also putting a false tv wall, the reason for the cornice not to reach each other.
