If I was minister of education I would sack all of our so called engineering teachers if a man like this can make light out of this stuff. They teach students that come out of schools looking for job not creating jobs and experimenting. Its a simple idea that could be expanded.

the current generated is so small you would ned thousands of potatoes in a day to power something like an electric car. its not a practical power alternative.

True but it is nice to know that someone is making effort to do something in an area where people who do nothing are been celebrated unnecessarily called professor and engineers and can't defend I'm self with any form of creation.
