I still have the text message sent to me by PVS portal on the 14th of August 2009 at exactly 2:44pm and te text read thus: "Load this MTN credit 544646816440.Just a token for your comment.Bring a school to register with us and you get N5000. It's no Joke! 017301925"
That was the exact content of the text from PVS PORTAL, I Honestly think that you got a great website when i visited it, but you dont have to make promises that you cant keep.People will still write comment on your website, all you need do is ask them politely and stop being mischievous!
