If The Founding Fathers Of Yoruba Land Were Ressurected. by Oluwalosheleyi(m): 9:50pm On Jul 18, 2016
If our founding fathers and warriors such as Ogedengbe the one who appeases the gods as much as he wages wars,Timi the one with the arrows of fire, Sango the deified commander of fire and lightning, Lisabi the mighty giant, Akinkuolie the young warrior, Ojomu, Ogunmola the brave warrior who wears three-quarter baggies into battle, Soun Ogunlola, Onikoyi Eso, Fabunmi Oke Imesi, Afonja, Olugbon, Aresa, etc were ressurected, how would they feel about the present situation of the Yorubas?
Would they be happy with our caring "lybian neighbours" for destroying our farms and killing us?
Would they thank our loving "lybian Oga at the top" for strategically leaving us out of key positions?
Would they thanks u for protecting the legacies they died to establish or scold us for doing nothing?
Would they approve of the union?
Would Afonja regret trusting aliens instead of his brothers?
Finally, what would their monikers be if they registered on NL?

It seems Yeebos are the ones giving you nightmares. When you are seeing them everywhere, even on threads they did not start.

They are all now Gods of the cosmos or will be when They are ready. We here right here would give account of how we didn't do nothing to get back our destinies, to control our own destinies.

The stories or the epics of These Legends must be told or relay by Griots/Aro (Those who were born into the families of story telling) in such a way that their descendants would want to be like them.

There stories should not be told in a mytical or superstitious manners. Example - The wars that these legends fought was far more than a few men running about the forest shoot powered gun. They had cavalry, archers, horses in their hundreds of thousands, they had blacksmiths who were actually scientists and alchemists.

Read the Epic of Sundjata as narrated by a griot. We need the stories and legends of our Ancestors in its purest form.
