what the doctor will try to do is to achieve three things
1. Treating any acute attack
2. preventing further attacks
3. Reduce the stores of crystals (urate) in your body using agents such as Allopurinol

And she decided (on her own o) that she was too old for surgery

Having an elderly person wey get health challenge is not easy.

Our culture no too like old people's home.

so we usually settle for home care o.

Oh, funny enough I know and've contracted sweety before. Kitipa on the other hand I've no idea of. The only knowledge I've of it[Kitipa] is from friends who say it itches a lot and's pleasurable when scratched hence the reason I feel they're one and the same.
