Office Assistant Vacancy.

A creative Arts Company in Lagos Island requires the services of an Office Assistant.

Job Role:
Interface with clients and vendors.
Receive calls and reply enquiries by email, sms or social media.
Manage office inventory, make purchases and pay business bills.
Ensure the office is sanitary.
Assist with business logistics during special events.
Perform other logistic duties as the need may arise.

Requirements:
Christian Female between 18 - 25 Years
SSCE or OND. (IT Students can apply).

Applicants must:
Have ability to communicate in Fluent English (Oral and Written)
Have good phone and email etiquette.
Have ability to use a Computer and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Have ability to use basic Social Media platforms
Have ability to manage people.
Be passionate about music and arts

Additional requirements:
Applicant must reside on the island (Ajah, Jakande, Lekki and environs)
Applicants must be willing to work Monday to Saturday, with half day on Mondays and Saturdays.
