Water is a natural gift from God, which is always abundant at all times and cheap to get. Water is also a medicine and number one first hand cleanser of the body. This is because, the body is highly composed of fluid and when water finds its way into the body; it removes excesses and unwanted materials in the body.


Water therapy has lots of health implications and that implication is good health. Water therapy have lots of good health implications by keeping you healthy and sound each day. Water is easy to absorb and excrete, after finishing its purpose. There are lots of drinking water, but the most recommended, is treated water, which contains high amount of ions, than distilled bottle water, that have low or no ions, due to its purification processes.

If treated water is better than distilled water how come doctors give distilled water to sick patients instead of treated water?

distilled water is not something affordable to everyone, but still treated water is quite affordable and contains more ions than distilled water. on the other end if one is financially capable of buying distilled bottle water, then he or she should go for it.
