Please I need a quote for a website with the following features :

1. Integration of payment system
2. Integration of airlines API to generate airfares from different airlines
3. Integration of SMS (sending and receiving)
4. Embedded Twitter account
5. Cost estimator
6. User registration with password
7. Invoice generation

I need a good idea of how much this would cost.

If I understand this lists of your's i think it is a very nice idea...
But maybe you shouldn't have shared it in such details. With my skills I can hijack, you know?
Just my thoughts, though!

If you can get the APIs from the airplanes, the rest is pretty straight forward.

maximum of N150,000 should cover it.
