Any seller that can follow the underlisted procedure strictly can contact me 1. seller provides ATS documents with BL and partial POP of the cargo 2. seller and buyer signs the SPA. Buyer returns the signed SPA with tankfarm details and habourmaster, NOR and ETA details. 3. Seller's captain issues NOR and ETA. Buyer issues MT199 blocked fund within one banking day after NOR. 4. Upon receipt of the MT199, seller issues full POP in buyer's name to buyer. 5. Vessel sails to buyer's port and discharges the cargo into buyer's storage tanks. o buyer, within 24 hours buyer conducts CIQ to do QnQ dip test. 7. After buyer performs successful dip test, within 3 banking days buyer pays by MT103 or T/T to seller's nominated account. 8.
