unilag does not accept upper credit for its engineering courses, and u must possess a credit pass in further mathematics, why didn't you make enquiries before applying.

i had 3.76 for electrical that was why i applied.

yes they do but it all depends on the grade u had , because they prefer people with first class and second class.

yes one can,I have seen some one who studied computer engineering applying for electrical engineering, so one can always switch to any course related to your field of study

then you have to purchase the jamb direct entry form, but i think the registration for it stopped on the 29th of july, so if you have not yet obtained the form, then you will have to wait till next year, that when the form will be out.
