Apple has hit a major milestone in the smartphone arena as the company CEO Tim Cook announced that the company recently sold its one billionth iPhone in a an employee meeting in California.

Apple has not had its easy in recent time as the company’s sales saw a decline of close to 15 percent and with its present issues Apple is facing in selling its devices in China which is a huge smartphone market yet the Apple made it through to hit this milestone. Awesome!

Apple CEO, Tim Cook said “Last week we passed another major milestone when we sold the billionth iPhone. We never set out to make the most, but we’ve always set out to make the best products that make a difference. Thank you to everyone at Apple for helping change the world every day.”

Apple’s iPhone has proved to be one of a vital device in history that changed the world in terms of smartphones and now selling billionth iPhone is simply amazing.

The company will also try to improve on its sales with its upcoming iPhone 7 which is expected to pack major features that will lure more customers to visit an iStore.
