Network support for U7 Plus are as follows:4G Band 1/3/7/8/20,3G bands: WCDMA900/2100,2G GSM band: 850/900/1800/1900, which means U7 Plus supports 4G while U7 Pro only supports 3G.

Nice looking device but there's no point trying to comoare it to iphone 6s plus, they are in a completely different league. One is a $70 phone while the other is an $850 phone. One is a cheaply maade Chinese Android phone while the other is a premium beautifully designed phone. One is designed to last many years while the other will fall apart in no time. Still a good device for its price but since u thought it is OK to compare it with iPhone 6s plus u just got served.

And the battery is okay too depend on usage n settings

In my opinion I will choose Oukitel U7 Plus to Infinix Hot 4.
Infinix Hot 4 battery is Just bigger than dat of Oukitel U7 plus
