Download autodesk sketch book pro, install and run, upload ur photo inside, reduce the thickness/size of ur pen, follow ur photo all round like photoshop after all now choose on a brush, change color, after painting, shade using smudge tools

I know making cartoons of actual people is popular thing right now but we can all try other stuff on the app as well.
Let your imagination run wild with concepts & think out-of-box with it.

Mechanoid concept art done using Autodesk SketchBook Pro 6.2.3 for pc & a wacom intuos tab.

u are not pro anything yet ooo.... sorry if I sound harsh

First and foremost, study other peoples work... there are lots online

secondly, study ur reference picture so as to know hw to approach... its not jst about knowing hw to use the tool or app

thirdly, dnt rush to completion, art takes patience

lastly, keep practicing. u'll get better at it over time
