Lionel Messi, who had announced his retirement from the Argentina national team after the loss in the final of the Copa America Centenario, has no intention of reversing his decision according to his family. Sources from the Barcelona talisman’s family said that the Argentine Govt and FA had tried hard to make him come out of International retirement but he wouldn’t budge. His family clarified, “Right now he is not part of the national team.” They also said that he would not be part of Argentina’s upcoming world cup qualifiers.
