I prefer Belgium to Scandinavia, Hungary, Austria etc. At least, most top european clubs do scout talents from Belgium league mostly.

from my research, i discovered germany. Cus am also a young footballer lyk u. Germany offer playing chances to young players in there league. Which is true.
