• Promoting the well-being of students and NSYCDC members by maximizing available resources
• To meet the financial commitments and curb the financial challenges faced by students and NSYCDC members
• Better educational performance by students and improved service to our Fatherland by NSYCDC members.
• A national recognition of student status upon issuance and collection of the card including display and use during purchases at partner organization
