If u av opera max installed,disconnect it. |

I've been experiencing this same annoying problem for over two months now. Haven't been able to download new apps or update existing ones. I have force-stopped the Google play app, cleared cache and data, and tried everything else advised, still no solution. Very annoying indeed. |

Go to phone settings-device Apps-Google play store-clear cache ....then try again if that doesn't work, try phone settings-device Apps-Google play store-clear data |

Input the correct APN for your network under phone settings then it will work secondly go under settings in playstore it may have been setup to only update apps on wifi just change it to mobile network. Thank me later. |
