Retain a gel 0.1 at night only. It has to be the gel

Honey mask for an hour a few days a week.

Your face will be flawless in 6-12 weeks.

Get nizoral cream from a pharmacy

Wash your face den gently apply aboniki cream to the affected area. It dries it off under 1week. Works for me perfectly.

Use 0.1 Dont use any scrubs or exfoliating soaps at all.
You can get it from big Pharmacies, healthplus, medplus etc or online stores littkeskincareshop.com or buttergrey. 4-5k
One tube lasts for 2 months or more, since you need very little. With retin a, less is more. If you rub too much, it could damage your skin.

Also, don't use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding... Could cause birth defects in foetus and infants.

Please do your research WELL before you buy.
But it works, trust me.


The simple face wash is scarce, I drove round Lagos, and went to three shoprites but didn't find. Sebamed face and body is an alternative, though simple is better. If you can get someone to send it to you from the uk , do so. if you find in lag please let me know.
