THE ATLANTAGATE -BLAME NFA AND SIASIA NOT BAR,DALUNG-1
I will attempt to serialize the above caption as i know and understand and investigated it.I will never allow some incurable crooks who have been having a field day SQUANDERING OUR COMMONWEALTH.The NFA knew that our National U-23 is an Olympic Team and the Olympics takes place every four Years.They are also aware that there is a Tradition that the International Team name for Nigeria's Contingent is called Team Nigeria whose Departure to Major International Sports Competition is usually together.In the case of the Olympics it is a tradition also known to NFA that 20 Days or there about to the Olympics the Federal Govt through the Ministry of Sports hands over officially all the contingent from all sports federations including NFA without exception that Qualified for their various Events to the Nigerian Olympic Committee.The NFA Know all these.
Sometime in Late June/early July the NFA under AMAJU PINNICK went to the Minister and informed him that they will be taking the U-23 Team to ATLANTA in the US For Pre-Olympic Camping from there they will proceed to RIO.The Minister made it clear that there is no Money for such trip and advised them to Camp in Nigeria.The NFA said they have a Full Sp[sponsorship for the Camp as such they do not need Money from Govt.That was the last time the Minister had any discussion with NFA officials.
At this Time the NFA Dispatched the Team to ATLANTA,When they even left the Minister did not know.Few weeks after their stay in ATLANTA there were reports that Nigerian U-23 were about to be thrown out of their Camp in ATLANTA.Meanwhile the MEDIA officer of the TEAM who was left Behind in Nigeria while was asked about the Trip he said the CITY of ATLANTA invited them to US for a Competition.It became curious for one to ask How then a Team that has a full sponsorship or were invited by the City of ATLANTA be Thrown out of Hotel due to unpaid Bills?

As i continue with this serial let me say that after their blackmail failed to extract Money from The Govt with the story of threat to eject the U-23 Team out of their Hotel they now retreat and Launched another Game Plan this time around on The Teams Departure to Rio.If i may ask from the Time they raised the ALARM over the Ejection Threat and now is almost Three weeks,So how did they survived?Who paid for the Hotel bills?Where they ejected?Capital NO! So it is now visibly clear that it was a pure blackmail and Fraudulent attempt to stampede the Federal Govt to pay money to them(NFA).
Back to the flight issue The Consultant to the Ministry of Sports ANGIE TAYLOR who is also the DIRECTOR ELITES ATHLETES DEPARTMENT for Good or for Bad Reason was arranging Tickets for TEAM NIGERIA Members residing outside the Country especially those in the US. She arranged for the D'TIGERS Our National Male Basketball Team who were incidentally in ATLANTA and the left for RIO Four Days before the Olympics opening ceremony. She also arranged for other athletes outside US.When it comes to NFA's U-23 TEAM they said they have their own Ticketing agent therefore they will not allow anybody to buy there Tickets for them.They insisted that the Ministry should give them the Money to pay their Agent for the tickets.
The minister then said they should give the name of their Ticketing agent and his account details so that the money will be paid to him,The NFA refused and said they will not give his account Details.TO BE CONTINUED IN PART 3.

At this point to avoid a stalemate following the NFA'S insistence to buy their Tickets through their Ticketing agents the Minister approved for the Release of $174,000 Dollars(N 80million) through the Nigerian Olympic Committee who remitted same to NFA'S Agents Account as Provided to them by NFA.
After the payment was made the Agent now asked for more money claiming that if the Team's Hotel bills in Atlanta was not paid he will not allow the Team to leave for Rio.The Minister then prevailed on the NFA to talk to their agent and allow the Team to leave sine they have only two days to their game to come to Brazil and whatever the bill is he can have a look and settle it in the interest of the country.The Agent insisted that he will not allow them to leave.
The agent by name JAIRO PASHION is a very close associate of SAMSON SIASIA and they have been working together for a very long time,he leaves in London.SIASIA was then called upon to talk to him but he said it is not his Business.At this point the Ministry has to make an arrangement to charter another plane for the Team,a 25 Seater jet through a sports Philanthropist based in the US called YEMI IDOWU In case you dont know him he is the Son of Late Nathaniel Idowu the very man who started PRO LEAGUE in Nigeria and funded it.Yemi paid $300,000 for the Charter to enable the Team travel but SIASIA rejected the Plane.The Minister called SIASIA But SIASIA refused to Speak to the Minister,The Minister tried him several times but SIASIA refused to Speak to him.The Minister then Called MIKEL OBI Who is the CAPTAIN.The minister asked MIKEL about SIASIA He said he is not around the Minister then said Mikel should let SIASIA Know that he called and will like to speak to him he also said to Mikel that if there is any problem he should let him know before he speak to SIASIA.It was at this point that stories were twisted that the Minister said MIKEL Should be in charge of the Team and not SIASIA. For me it was unfair and again it was reported that SIASIA was deliberately avoiding the MINISTER and acting on the script written by AMAJU.

After all efforts by the Minister to speak to SIASIA Failed the next was that SIASIA Called the Vice President and said to him that the Team was stranded in ATLANTA due to non payment of Hotel bills and Flight to BRAZIL.The Vice president called Dalung but could not reach him he then called LAI MOHAMMED and talked to him and instructed him to reach Dalung. meanwhile the VICE PRESIDENT called the Accountant General of the Federation and Directed him to arrange 474,000 Dollars immediately for the Team.LAI MOHAMMED was able to reach DALUNG and Conveyed the VP'S Message to him and DALUNG said to him that the Team Coach refused to speak to him,LAI MOHAMMED then called SIASIA and told him that His Minister was trying to speak to him that he should call the MINISTER OF SPORTS.LAI has to inform DALUNG that he just speak to SIASIA and he will be available to speak to him.Dalung then called MIKEL again and said that he should take the phone to SIASIA Dalung was holding on for almost three minutes before SIASIA spoke to him.He asked him why are they not using the CHARTERED Plane that was paid for?SIASIA Sid it was too small,it has no space and the Boys were complaining,Dalung said to him that you were the Coach,he has Googled the Plane and saw that it is good enough why cant they use it?Later it was discovered that the Real reason was that the number of the Contingent were more than the capacity of the AIRCRAFT.The Aircraft carries 25 and the TEAM were 32.The Minster then asked the NOC informed him that the official contingent for the football even to RIO was 25 that was why they chartered a 25 seater.Unknown to all the extra seven people were SIASIA'S Family members.
The minister then called the VICE PRESIDENT and explained to everything to him and the VICE President was shocked and disappointed to hear what happened,He was also informed by DALUNG that there was a Plane on Ground equal to the TEAM official Contingent that was paid for therefore it is not true that they were stranded.The Vice President then instructed the Accountant General not to release the Money again.
When all these was going on AMAJU PINNICK was somewhere Directing the MOVIE,He was not talking to the VICE PRESIDENT,DALUNG nor LAI MOHAMMED,if not how on earth all these was Going on and he does not appear anywhere,How can a Coach call the number two man ignoring his Minister and immediate BOSS in the FA and AMAJU is still Quite?

After rejecting the plane and the VP was convinced about the stupidity of the NFA he asked the Minister to handle the matter until they are back at this Time the Minster called MIKEL again and MIKEL said to him that the Agent has provided them an accommodation and booked a flight for them to travel to RIO.Yemi Idowu retrieved his money back,VP Retrieved his money back,The NFA agent now has to take responsibility with what was paid to him to take the players to RIO.The story of Delta AIRLINE Coming to the rescue is not true they were in fact a Co Sponsor of the tournament which the U-23 was invited to attend in ATLANTA in the first place.So it is not a favour at all.If there is anyone that requires commendation is YEMI IDOWU.
The as at yesterday in Brazil have no single NFA official with them,even when they were in ATLANTA they had no single NFA official with them,It is the same agent that is managing them in RIO.Not even the NOC.
Today Nigeria will be playing at 11pm Nigerian Time and the Agent in his madness wanted to ask for the Hotels Bills of the Team in ATLANTA.On the letter NFA wrote to the Govt on 9th may 2016 stated clearly that they were informed by the organizers that they will take care of 20 players and 10 officials in ATLANTA.Again the NFA asked for 10,000 Dollars to pay and Agent(EURODATA),Who is Eurodata?They said in their letter that they will be leaving from KOREA to UK-Newcastle then to US.The whole episode is untidy honestly.
Now with all the Blackmail of the GOVT to extract money for what is not real they eventually took the Team to RIO without any extra money from Govt.But they have caused huge ,needless and unnecessary embarrassment to the Country.

As i conclude let me raise the following Questions and leave you all with them to ponder.
1. HOW DID THE NFA SAID THEY HAVE A SPONSOR FOR A CAMPING IN ATLANTA AND SUDDENLY BEGIN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HOTEL BILLS AND FEEDING?
2. FROM THE TIME THEY RAISED AN ALARM THAT THEY WILL BE THROWN OUT OF THEIR HOTEL IN ATLANTA AND THE TIME THEY DEPARTED ATLANTA WAS MORE THAN THREE WEEKS NOW,SO WHO PAID THE BILLS,SINCE THE BLACKMAIL DID NOT WORK?
3. THE AGENT CALLED MR JARIO PASHION-WHO IS HE?WHAT IS THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY AND WHO CONTRACTED HIM?
4. WHY DID SIASIA REFUSED TO ANSWER THE MINISTERS CALLS?
5. WHY SHOULD SIASIA INCLUDE 7 MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY IN THE OFFICIAL CONTINGENT TO THE OLYMPICS AGAINST THE PRESIDENTS DIRECTIVE?
6. WHERE WAS AMAJU IN ALL THESE MATTER THAT A COACH OF A TEAM WILL PICK THE PHONE,IGNORED THE MINISTER,IGNORED THE PRESIDENT OF NFA AND CALL THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC?
7. WHY DID THE TEAM REJECTED THREE SEPARATE FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS?
8. IS THE NFA CLAIMING THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW THE PROTOCOL OF TRAVELING TO OLYMPICS BY TEAM NIGERIA?
9 WHY IS IT THAT THERE IS NO NFA OFFICIAL OUTSIDE THE BACKROOM STAFF IN ATLANTA AND IN RIO AND ONLY THE SOCALLED AGENT IS HANDLING THE TEAM LOGISTICS?
10. HOW MUCH DID THE NFA SPENT IN ALL THE TRAINING PROGRAMME THEY EMBARKED UPON PRIO TO THE OLYMPICS?
