International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published a new ISO 9001 standard last September to replace ISO 9001:2008. ISO 9001 quality management system standard is the best practise management system standard for entrenching consistent customer satisfaction in a business enterprise offerings and ensuring that businesses grow, improve performance and win in competitive bids.The implication is that all certified organizations will have to implement new requirements to remain certified .Organizations intending to certify will have to implement the new requirements to be certified.
This 2 day ISO 9001:2015 Transition course enables participants to acquire the necessary knowledge to support an organization in their process of transitioning to ISO 9001:2015. Participants will learn the different components on how to plan and implement the transition to the new version of the standard.
