I'm posting this on the forum to know the action to take concerning the injustice melted on the people of Oke-ila in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital of Ekiti state and to let the general know how the NPF have been aiding and abetting criminals.
For the past few months burglaries are on the increase in the area (oke-ila), cultism, 419 etc. Whenever a victim go to report at the Oke-ila police station, they will demand money from you before they do their duties. Those criminals have been terrorizing the people of Oke-ila for the past few months, many houses and shops have been burgled and some people have been stolen too.
Yesterday morning (12-08-2016) around 3am one of the criminals terrorizing the street was caught yesterday by a civilian after they have successfully burgled some shops (He was caught with his share of the spoils from their operation) He alerted the people in the area and after drilling him he took them to the houses of the other gang members, some of the stolen goods was seen in their houses and they were handled over to the police. Before the end of the day the police (Oke-ila police station) released some of the thieves that were able to pay #15,500 bail. Those released are now boasting that they have just started terrorizing the people of the Oke-ila
How will the Police that are supposed to protect our lives and properties be the ones unleashing terror on the people?
Sometimes the incompetence of the Nigeria police force people to take laws into their hands by doing jungle justice. Please help we the people of Oke-ila in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state to pass this message till it gets to the inspector general of police.

This is unfair and unjust. People living and doing business in the area are now living in fear
