There's nothing anyone can do to Nigerian custom , this is festive season, airlines prefere carrying people than goods, also there's backlog, items that arrived earlier before yours needs to be cleared by custom. Other nairalanders too are there, we can't break custom warehouse because of our goods. It got to the point clearing agents refused to picking my calls. There was no single day you asked question about your goods we didn't reply, I begged you countless of time. I expected people like scarpon to do what you did but he was still cool cos he's also an importer, he knows no one can false custom clear out goods when its not one turn, also there was holiday for 2 working days. One of your items has been delivered 3 weeks ago, the only one delayed with custom was the one which came on Friday night after we've shipped for the week.

So, i finally picked up my item at mayorall's shop today after a Whole Month and a day. He charged me $20 as against the original $15 per 2lb dat we both agreed on after delaying my item. And i had to pay at an exorbitant rate per dollar i wouldn't have paid had he shipped my items 3 weeks earlier.

I'll try to be as honest as possible with my reviews as i have nothing to gain from demarketing his services.

He lied about his boss contacting and begging me, whereas i never spoke to any1 other than him for over a month.
He even boasted of being a prophet and a son of a prophet after i told him he was going to pay for the item he overcharged me for as "wat you do unto others, you will also get from someone else".

Bottom line: I wudn't advice my enemy to transact with him.
Reason: He is rude, unprofessional, untrustworthy, no integrity, doesn't have a proper measurement system, NOT STRAIGHTFOWARD, as a matter of fact, i ended up losing more time and money transacting with him.

I also have a package I am expecting from him. And what I deduce from all you have said is basically DELAY. Your goods were not damaged or stolen. So Mayorall kindly work on the timing or better still let people know the actual amount of time it will take to deliver. Business wey be your own no go pass you. Just put it out there let people be the one to decide. Even if you put 3 weeks those that will ship with you will do so.
In my case I have someone coming on the 2nd but I just couldn't wait so I shipped it and as it is going I might not get it before my friend arrives lol.

Oga Mayorall try your best to build a good brand for yourself and you won't regret it. Handle complains and always apologise who knows what tomorrow will bring.

Mayroll both of us have been in the business section of Nairaland and have transacted with different people over the years. your integrity have been proven beyond doubt. it is ok in business that not all customers will be satisfied. experience is said to be the best teacher, the truth that cool do not understand is that the last four months or so of every year is usually the busiest period of importation. bro if your shipping company is not gallant, items can take up to 3 months. i have had such experience with nonykings few years ago. advising that even your enemy should not do business with him because of your 31days experience is very wrong. if you are an experienced Importer that imports year round you will understand how shipping is towards the end of the year. i swear the service you think is better will deliver to you by Febuary or late January if you doubt me it is still not late you can try other alternatives. i am telling you all these from experience. @brother Mayorall, its normal to have negative comments, i receive hundreds of positive comments weekly but yet the negative ones still comes in once in a while. the negative ones are my best because i see my lapses in them. just pick one or 2 things from his comment and work on it. the sky is truly your starting point bro. more grease to your elbow. i wish you success in all your business ventures.
