Many of us have hair that does not lay in a straight line across our back, this happens because the hair is breaking. So even where your hair is shoulder length or longer you may find that the ends look uneven or for some people the middle part of their hair is shorter than the sides of their hair. Hair breakage can occur in the middle of our hair, it can also occur at the ends, the edges, etc. Even if you cut your hair to make everything equal it is possible that your hair will grow like that again because you have not treated the problem. To prevent this from happening you need to treat the hair in the middle of your hair so that you will stop experiencing breakage in that area. However if you are referring to male pattern baldness or when a man starts balding there are several things that can be done including massaging the balding area with a potent hair growth stimulating oil to encourage blood flow and circulation to that area.

For men experiencing balding they can also try using a shampoo that is not too harsh to wash their hair.
