When is taking to much of Paracetamol BAD?

Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen or APAP, is a medication used to treat pain and fever. It is marketed under different pharmaceutical names [ Panadol, paracetamol, etc]. The common global name Tylenol

Paracetamol is generally safe at recommended doses.

Taking too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage. Don’t forget that the compound acetaminophen can be found in more than 600 medications including prescription drugs and many over-the-counter pain (e.g procold, etc.) , cold, and cough remedies.
