I am seeking advice from the experienced people of nairaland. I have a plot of land in Lagos. Is it possible to build 3 floors of 4 two (or three) bedroom flats per floor. Making a total of 12 flats. |

Diehardall: It will be very tight. 1. I think 3 units of 2 bedrooms per floor will do. Or 2. 2 units of 2 bedrooms and 1 unit of 3 bedroom per floor. Hajji M. |
