Likely Login Issues And Solutions (add Yours) by nawebco(m): 6:18pm On Aug 20, 2016
Occasionally, when you are trying to login to your dashboard area of a site that requires login, you might encountered some issues. Here are some of the likely issues and how to resolve them.

1. Invalid Username and or Password: This is majorly caused by using a wrong username and or password. Check the username and password very well. Do not forget that 'space' either at the beginning, middle or end will be counted as a character. likewise if you have used hyphen or dash (-) or underscore (_) as part of your username or password, it will not accept any other word except the exact word you used.

The second cause may be slow internet speed. Other websites may be accessible but you may be unable to login or it may even say: 'invalid login details'. the solution is try again or use another internet service.

In the same vein, the configuration in some Internet Service Providers may hamper your ability to login (occasionally) to a particular site at a particular time. the solution is try again or use another internet service.

2. The page isn't redirecting properly: With this error message, you may not be able to assess the site or not be able to login, while other sites are easily reachable by you. The major cause is the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that you are using. Occasionally, some sites will just be inaccessible by some users from certain ISP at certain time. the solution is try again or use another internet service.

3. Always Redirecting back to login page: Occasionally: as you tried to login to a site or even after successful login, you will be automatically logout and redirected back to login page. This is because some ISP IP changes every minute, and most Joomla and WordPress and other CMS platforms have a security check that requires you to re-login once your IP changes. This prompts the site to automatically logs you out. the solution is try again or use another internet service.

The issue here can also be caused by your IP being banned (automatically) by the site. The only solution is send a message to the site owner, stating the complain along with your IP number. Click here to check you IP address
