Cost of promotion is expensive and does not guarantee financial returns even in America
Its gonna take a whole lot of money......Radio stations airplay( paying the station programme manager and the various DJ's in key music stations like the beats FM

,,,,,,*music video tvstation airplay like sound city, mtvbase, hiptv

You have to pay heavily not 20k per person to get good airplay and publicity

-Radio interviews, mentions and appearances
-Television interviews, mentions and appearances,
-Internet advertising and promotion; I would go with nairaland front page advert and lindaikeji
-Paying celebrities to tweet or talk about Your songs or album

- Facebook, google adverts and YouTube adverts
-Making good songs with good lyrics, storyline and good instrumental beats
-Networking in the music industry
-Good quality music videos

Even in the united States, music is expensive
