As Theresa May assumes the post as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, a new law for a visa has been issued, and this excludes the visa requirement for citizens of the Commonwealth countries.

Fifty-three countries are members of the Commonwealth, and include:
AFRICA

Botswana
Cameroon
Ghana
Kenya
Lesotho
Malawi
Mauritius
Mozambique
Namibia
Nigeria
Rwanda
Seychelles
Sierra Leone
South Africa
Swaziland
Uganda
The United Republic of Tanzania

Nigeria is a member of commonwealth but no longer commonwealth citizen. So don’t dream of free visa as there is no free Visa to Nigeria from UK.
