My Experience With Consumer Protection Commission by moski5(m): 1:54pm On Aug 27, 2016 |
In my previous threads I recounted my experience with a company I do business with and according to them issues with the transaction didn't reflect that I transferred money to them. I had two options 1. to revert the transaction. this I mentioned also in that thread 2. Write to CPC. I found them while browsing through twitter got their contact info and the opportunity came, so I wrote to them about the issue I had. they about a week later to get a hand on what transpired. Few days later they sent me a mail requiring more details. I saw the mail late but replied immediately. the following day I got a call from the company saying they thought they had resolved the issue n that its now been resolved... summary Anyways I wish I wrote to them sooner, I'd have saved cost spent on calls n messages |
